The Seller Product Approval Workflow extension for OroMarketplace integrates the oro_product_approval_flow into OroCommerce, enforcing a structured review process for products added by sellers. When a seller creates or uploads a new product, the system automatically triggers an approval request to the Marketplace Operator. The operator has the authority to approve the product for publication, reject it, or request revisions. This workflow also applies to any updates made to already published products. However, edits to unpublished products can still be made by sellers until the products are approved.This functionality offers a controlled and traceable publication process, ensuring that only reviewed and compliant products are displayed in the storefront.
