The Oro Data Audit Cleanup bundle automates the removal of old data audit entries to reduce database size and enhance system performance. Administrators can set the data retention period, and a monthly cron job manages the deletions, ensuring the platform is efficient and compliant with data policies.

Back-Office Configuration: New system configuration settings are added to System > Configuration > Data Audit > Data Audit Cleanup in the back-office that allow administrators to enable or disable cleanup and set how long audit records should be retained before deletion (e.g., -12 months).
