The Promotions via Email extension allows automatic coupon activation through personalized email links. Admins can create campaigns targeting specific customers, customer users, or marketing lists using a new dedicated settings in the back-office. Emails can be scheduled in advance and include a unique link that, when clicked, registers the coupon to the user’s storefront account. Once logged in, the coupon is saved and applied at checkout if eligible. The extension also tracks email delivery and link usage, ensuring full visibility into campaign performance.

Integrated Back-Office Management: The extension adds a new CouponEmail entity with a relation to a coupon, customer, customer user, and a marketing list. It helps manage campaigns easily through a dedicated interface. Admin users can view and edit campaign details, access generated links and codes, force-send emails, and create new campaigns directly from the Customer view page.
Personalized Promotions: Create and send unique coupon links to specific customers, customer users, or entire marketing lists.
Campaign Scheduling: Plan ahead by setting a future delivery date for email campaigns. Emails are automatically sent via cron jobs on the scheduled date, eliminating manual effort.
Coupon Activation: Recipients can activate their coupon with a single click. After logging into the storefront, the coupon is automatically saved and applied at checkout if eligible.
Controlled Access: Enable access restrictions to ensure only designated recipients can redeem the coupons. This adds a layer of control while maintaining flexibility when unrestricted use is preferred.
Campaign Tracking: Track key performance metrics such as the number of emails sent and how often each link was used, helping evaluate campaign effectiveness.
