The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) extension is fully integrated with OroCommerce’s storefront and back-office. The extension allows customers to initiate product returns directly from the order view page to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product’s warranty period. It also gives administrators full control over RMA tracking and processing.
Key Features & Benefits
Storefront:
New options in the storefront: Adds the Return Item action in the Line Items grid to request a product return and the Edit RMA action for the products in draft RMA to modify in-progress return requests.
New customer menu pages: Adds the Return History page for tracking all past RMAs and the Review and Complete Return page for customers to review, update, delete, or submit returns with options to send or save as draft.
Back-Office:
Centralized RMA Management: The extension provides a unified RMA grid with additional viewing options on the customer detail page, along with the ability to change RMA statuses directly from the back-office.
RMA operations: Provides administrators with the ability to authorize, approve, or reject individual return items.
Bulk Import/Export: Supports mass RMA handling via import/export tools.
Automated Notifications: Sends email alerts when RMAs are submitted or updated to keep customers informed.
